Josh Rosenthal Founder and Managing Principle Trained as a clinical psychologist

Josh Rosenthal is a coach, consultant, and advisor who is recognized for his ability to quickly build trust with clients and move them toward meaningful action that transforms their lives, teams, and organizations. He has nearly 40 years of experience supporting leaders and their teams at some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations, including Maersk, Mars Inc, Hasbro, Kimberly-Clark and other global organizations. Before becoming a coach, Josh launched and led a successful software start-up. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for Swedish bed manufacturer Hästens Sangar. This unique combination of experience as a business leader and psychological training informs Josh’s highly effective and pragmatic approach to developing leaders’ capabilities and behaviors. Currently, Josh sits on the boards of Friends of Boston’s Homeless and Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery. He holds both an Ed.M. and Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology from Boston University, as well as a B.S. in Psychology from American University. Located in Rhode Island, Josh travels the world working with clients.
